Eating Breakfast

We think eating breakfast is more important because it keeps you energized, keeps you focus, you wont be hungry at school, and you will be able to participate more in class.

What is more important eating breakfast,getting a good night sleep, or getting to school on time? Why?

Our group agrees on that sleep is the most important thing to do. With sleep you have energy for the day. Sleep affects our brain. With more sleep your brain can generate more energy and can process information faster, with less sleep our brain loses cell and slowly starts to shut down.

We believe that getting a good night sleep is important because it makes it easier to concentrate during class. Also we are more aware during the day and active. The second most important, breakfast is eating breakfast because it gives us energy and it helps us focus during class than on our hunger.

Why A Good Sleep Is Good For You!!!!!

The G-SH0CK3RS think a good night sleep is good for you for many reasons one is the next morning you will not be tired for school and will have energy.Also if you get a goodnight sleep you will wake up early so you can get to school early and have a good breakfast. Also the last thing Anthony mentioned that when he slept early he felt good the next day and had energy!!!!

What is more important?

Chrismary thinks sleep is better because In the morning I will be energized.
Isaac thinks sleeep is better better because if you dont get sleep you are very tired.Lydia thinks getting to school early is better because you dont want to miss important information. Ivette said I need sleep because I wont be able to consume the materials we learn during class because I will be too tired.

Felipe said that a good breafest because it fuels you for the day of work. Marianna says that geting to school on time is a very important part of the day. Dilan says sleep helps you stay awake and face the day.

We believe that to be a successful talent show you need to support each other. It shows respect and that we cared about each other. Even if you didn't like the performance. They tried their best so you should support them.

We believe that our talent show was successful because everyone sang along or cheered for all of the performers. It takes a supportive community to have a successful talent show. When people support each other more people are more confident to perform.

Our talent show was so successful because their was a lot of risktakers taking risks to get on stage.Also the audience was cheering the people who were performing and supporting them.For example when Gilmathan was performing the E.T. parody Anthony and I was supporting him by clapping.

Well, many people motivate us. Cristian's motivation is his family. Juan Carlos 's motivation is his mom.Danny's motivation is his lacrosse coach They all motivate us because they always push us to be a better person.

What movitates Chrismary is her parents becaude they are always pushing her to be the best she can be. Isaac is motivated by his parents who immigrated from Haiti. Lydia is motivated by Albert Einstein because he is the smartest person and he had Dyslexia.
