One benefit of sleep is being more concentrated and awake during the the day.One strategy we will use to get more sleep is finishing homework early and not using our Phones before we go to sleep. -Bloggaholics

What is one benefit of sleeping? And what is one strategy we are going to use to get to sleep?

One benefit of sleeping is that during school we get to be more engaged in our work, and our brains restore more knowledge. Our Frontal Cortex works much more better when we sleep so we are more mentally active during tests,quizes,final exams,etc.! One strategy we can use is not to use our electronics for more than 1 hr. Also we could do our homework first, then eat dinner, after we go to sleep early. So remember... GO TO SLEEP EARLY!!!

We should not build the pipe line across the U.S because it will destroy the large forest in the U.S. Also if we build the pipeline it can break and it will pollute the fresh water system and if we drink it we will be dead. Also the pipeline costs a lot of money to build and if it breaks it will cost a lot of money to fix so the U.S will charge us more for oil and there will still be less jobs. Instead of having more oil and the cost is less we have less oil and it costs more.

W e shoud not build the pipeline through the middle of the country because it could distory one of our last clean water souce in America. Also it could take away the homes of millions of birds that migrate south for the winter . But it will give many jobs to unemployed people and the gas prices will decrease price . But what will happen if theres a oil spill like in the golf of Mexico . And will it be worth it to build a pipeline that will cost alot of money.

We have the passes because the teachers want to reward us, by giving us treats, prizes, letting us wear college t-shirts on fridays,letting us use the teachers' bathroom, and letting us use the back staircase without getting a detention, for all the hard work that we progressed during the year.

What is the Main Idea of the presentation for passes?

We have passes so that we can recognize the students' hard work during the quarter.Also we have it so that students have goals set for the next quarter and improve in behavioral actions.There is the Blue pass which is a PREP score between 80-89 which earns you a "self-highfive" and some treats.The Bronze pass which is a PREP score between 90-95 allows you to wear a College T-shirt on Fridays.The Silver pass which has a PREP score between 96-99 allows you to have your own bathroom list and a college T-shirt on Fridays. The Gold pass which has a PREP score of 100+ and allows you to do the what the other passes do and to go to the backstairs and use the teacher's bathroom.

The blue pass is aloud to get self high five and get treats .The bronze pass can wear a college T-shirt and treats . The silver passes can get their own bathroom list . The gold pass uses the back stairs and the teachers bathroom . We also get passes to reward ourselves for our hard work.

We like the new schedule because the afternoon feels lighter and the day feels shorter. We dont like the new schedule because we get lunch later and we dont have PM break.

We like the new schedule because focus is longer for us to do homework. Also we like the schedule because after lunch we have only two periods. We don't like the new schedule because lunch is at a later time than usual. We also don't like it because we only have one break during the day.

We like the new schedule because the day feels shorter because we only have two classes in the afternoon. But, in the morning it seems longer because we have four classes. Also, we have a larger focus and we could finish most of our homework.

Should we build a gym on the Belle Isle Marsh?

Whether or not we should build a gym in the Belle Isle Marsh?

We decided that we should not build a gym in the marsh because, it is the last coastal marsh in MA. Also we shouldn't build a gym in the marsh because there are live animals in the marsh and if we have to take there homes away they would decrease the population of shellfish and destroy Boston's big tourism. But if we do build a gym in the marsh we will be more healthy but to what extent.

-The first reason is that it will kill the sea creatures that live in the salt water.
- Which will lower the suppy of sea food which will increase the value.

Our group does not want to bulldoze the marsh. We believe it is not fair to the shellfish, birds, and coyotes. It's the last salt marsh on the East Coast. we can easily rent a small area to play sports instead of building a gym over the marsh. The animals are living in this marsh. Protect them.

We should not build a gym in the marsh because the nursery of the shell fish will be destoryed, this is the last marsh in Massachusetts. If we build a gym in the marsh it will cost less to rent the Salesian Boys and Girl club 5 times because we need to buy it from the government then hire constructures to build it.
